A FIXABLE REFORM:
A good, needed reform goes wanting for lack of management attention Here's an example of a needed reform that has been overlooked for 3 and 1/2 years since the passage of the ACA law. There are aspects of this law that are helpful and good but are not being put to use for want of a functioning bureaucracy. And this is the reason Obamacare has and will fail. Again aspects of the law are good. Concentrate on those and forget 'bending the cost curve" and all the other claims they can never deliver on.
