WHO'S TO BLAME?: Just make sure the record shows it's Obama and the Senate who are responsible for the shutdown. This is very clear.  MSM is spinning furiously but as long as facts are facts, they are fighting a losing battle.  Obama is a community organizer (his MOS before becoming POTUS) and blaming opponents for any and everything is their modus operandi.  It's important to be clear on this point.
