Shariah law or Constitutional Democracy?

Frank Gaffney presents the case against the Obama's treatment of Muslims and Muslim states here.  It is a compelling indictment of the policies toward the WOT and for that matter Muslims in general of the current administration.  In fact, after reading this closely reasoned argument we should be posing the following question of every Muslim who wishes to enter this country:  Which do you believe is the best system for any state to govern under, Shariah law, or a secular constitutional democracy?  Should the person answer Shariah law, he would be denied entry to the US, for we would have identified this person as a radical Islamist and therefore either a terrorist or a terrorist sympathizer.  In either case a serious threat to the US.  We are at serious risk under the policies of this administration and the sooner we  make the necessary changes in the political environment the better.

The Alternative to Obamacare

Here is a very definitive explication of the healthcare, aka: insurance, reform debate.  The Big Lizard blog is a highly regarded conservative blog that is known for standing up for traditional American values, and challenging those values that have been tried elsewhere and found lacking (like anything to do with socialist, big state solutions to just about any problem -- think USSR).  The solutions to the healthcare crisis found in this post are also found in those put forth by Paul Ryan (Representative from Wisconsin) and Eric Cantor (and a few others), who have proposed free market solutions to healthcare issues.  Ryan and Cantor of the H of R, are young (30's) representatives who are exceptionally bright and informed members.  They know the numbers and they value our free society and free market economy, the only system known to man to actually create wealth.  Everyone would do well to internalize their positions (as represented in this Big Lizard post) and be prepared to put the non-thinking liberals in favor of Ocare to rest.  It is helpful to understand before reading this post that the current system of healthcare insurance linked to employment is the result of the wartime economy of WW II, and was and is a very big impediment to lower cost healthcare in the US.  It must be scrapped in order to move forward with a rational, incentive-based system that actually works and above all keeps the distortions of the government out of the picture.

ADDED:  here's one doc's answer to Obamacare and the endless insurance company hassles.
